Back to 5 days in a week and everyone in the clini Back to 5 days in a week and everyone in the clinic!

Here if you need us.
We’ve got your back 😉 So we know most people We’ve got your back 😉
So we know most people are struggling a bit at the moment… we know because we hear it, we see it and we can feel it in your bodies. Gentle reminder that you are not the only one that forgot your appointment (and you’ve never forgotten one before in your life!), or turned up on the wrong day, or are feeling less like you than usual… we’re seeing it across the board.

We’re here if you need us… we will also continue to check in on you if appointments are just a bit too hard to organise at the moment.

And please know you are welcome at the clinic whenever you feel up to it… we’ll be here ☺️☺️☺️
Britt has a special interest in (and gets great re Britt has a special interest in (and gets great results!) taking care of people with headaches and migraines. So she and Caitlin went out for some extra training with Chris at @hpmcentre Looking forward to hearing all about what they learnt!
Friendly reminder that the next 4 weeks are all 4 Friendly reminder that the next 4 weeks are all 4 day weeks. So make sure to book the appointments you want in advance 😎😎😎
For some people a side opening movement/stretch is For some people a side opening movement/stretch is helpful throughout the day. Opens up rib cage on that side, shoulder, lats and QL. Have unlocked/soft knees and use deep breaths. If you’d like reset movements to do throughout the day to feel better we can help.
PLEASE READ: Helpful tip if you need to reschedule PLEASE READ: Helpful tip if you need to reschedule an appointment the easiest way is to book a time that suits you online and write in the note that you are rescheduling and the reason. Remember we need 24 hours notice (unless unwell or emergency) and the more notice time the better for us.

You are welcome to call or email too, we just have found clients find this the easiest as the diary is there in front on them and it’s available 24 hours a day.

Trunk rotation is such an important movement… restriction of movement through this area can really load up shoulders/neck and low back.
Time… what a whack thing at the moment. This pho Time… what a whack thing at the moment. This photo was 3 months ago. Since then the borders opened, we had a QLD COVID peak, QLD had floods… then 6 weeks later more floods including Brisbane…. Amongst other things. What a time.

We’re noticing peoples bodies are overall more grumpy understandably with all this stress. We’re here if you need us.

Waiting room is back open and masks on in clinic (healthcare setting).
With the wet we have had cracks in the building ap With the wet we have had cracks in the building appear or increase. Assessed this morning - building is completely safe. Just cosmetic damage. For an 80 year old building she is holding up pretty well.

Laundry did get quite a bit of water through it with roof/ceiling damage but all fixable and operational.
