Caitlin appreciates the enormous complexity of the human body and recognises that every day is a chance to learn something new. She is excited to work with you to understand ways for your body to move to suit your lifestyle goals.
Caitlin loves that movement can be such a powerful healing force for the body and mind. She wishes to truly make a difference in the lives of others and enable you live your best life. Caitlin believes in the Barefoot philosophy regarding holistic and client-centred treatment of people and is excited to deliver best practice management guidelines as a part of the clinic framework.
As your physiotherapist, Caitlin will work collaboratively with you to understand and treat musculoskeletal concerns, striving to provide the knowledge and confidence for you to work towards your own goals. She is driven to understand the underlying cause/s of the issues you present with to design effective treatment and management strategies and prevent recurrence.
Having grown up in a semi-rural environment, Caitlin is not afraid of a little hard work in the yard and enjoys spending time outdoors – particularly when it includes her Labrador. She can also often be found in the kitchen baking sweet treats to share with family and friends or lounging around with a good book.
