Are payment plans available?

We don’t let limited finances prevent optimal treatment. Please contact us today to enquire about payment plans or financial support options.

Do you have a HICAPS Machine?

Yes we have HICAPS, meaning we can process your private health fund claim on the spot, in the clinic.

Why do your physios have different rates?

Each of our physios comes with unique experience and expertise. Our Senior Physiotherapists have been in the industry for longer than our regular physiotherapists. But you can rest assured no matter who you book with, you’ll be in the most capable hands.

How long do I need?

This really depends on your personal situation. If you have an injury or a serious issue you need fixed a longer session might be for you. If you’re just looking for a tune up or to get back some movement or strength you once had, a shorter session might work. If you’re unsure you can call us on 1300 842 850

I don’t want to book online, what other options are there?

If you’re hesitant to book online, please call us on 1300 842 850 and we can book you in over the phone and have a chat about what will suit you best. Or you can send us an enquiry and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (usually much sooner).

Instagram vs reality. We are still living in a world of COVID, masks, flu, a dash of monkey pox and whatever else the universe wants to throw at us. 

And yep, we’re with you. It’s exhausting, and frustrating, and seemingly never ending. Things that once were simple (like going to a dinner party or a show) require significant thought about risk vs reward. This is just to say we hear you… no silver lining today, pure acknowledgment of what everyone is still going through. Much love

So we know most people are struggling a bit at the moment… we know because we hear it, we see it and we can feel it in your bodies. Gentle reminder that you are not the only one that forgot your appointment (and you’ve never forgotten one before in your life!), or turned up on the wrong day, or are feeling less like you than usual… we’re seeing it across the board. 

We’re here if you need us… we will also continue to check in on you if appointments are just a bit too hard to organise at the moment. 

And please know you are welcome at the clinic whenever you feel up to it… we’ll be here ☺️☺️☺️

For some people a side opening movement/stretch is For some people a side opening movement/stretch is helpful throughout the day. Opens up rib cage on that side, shoulder, lats and QL. Have unlocked/soft knees and use deep breaths. If you’d like reset movements to do throughout the day to feel better we can help.

Remember we need 24 hours notice (unless unwell or emergency) and the more notice time the better for us. 

You are welcome to call or email too, we just have found clients find this the easiest as the diary is there in front on them and it’s available 24 hours a day.
