1. YOUR STORY
We start with you – your history, your goals, and what a “good result” looks like for your life. Together, we decide what’s most important to address first.
2. MORE INVESTIGATION OR SUPPORT?
With specialised tests, we can determine whether there are any investigations (scans/blood tests) or other professionals (Doctor/Specialist/Pharmacist) that are needed now. All communication with other practitioners will be done using your preferred pronouns and name, as guided by you.

3. NERVE TESTS
Gentle, non-aggravating nerve tests show us if nerves are contributing to your condition – and how much.
4. NERVE TREATMENT
If nerves are involved, we treat them first. You’ll also learn how to keep your nerves happy between sessions, so progress lasts.
5. WHOLE BODY ASSESSMENT
Muscles, joints, movements, even thoughts and worries – we look at the whole system to find the true underlying cause.
6. SYSTEMATIC TESTING
From the assessment, we prioritise the key findings. Through Treatment-Direction-Tests (TDTs), we discover the primary driver behind your condition.
7. TREATMENT
Once the driver is clear, we treat it to reduce its impact on the rest of your body. We track your progress constantly to confirm we’re on the right path.
8. EDUCATION
We teach you how to manage your condition – from self-treatment strategies to posture or strength changes – so you’re confident between sessions.
9. MAINTENANCE
Check-ins at increasing intervals help prevent recurrence, fine-tune your self-care, and keep your body at its best.
