Sarah is passionate about empowering people to have more knowledge of their body, a freedom of movement, and to achieve their goals. She has a particular interest in utilising movement and exercise to treat injuries and rehabilitate the body. With a history of instructing pilates, Sarah has experienced the power of exercise on one’s confidence and ability, first hand.
She finds purpose in using and sharing her knowledge to be able to assist others in their recovery, and to help improve their movement so they can get to where they want to be, or better yet, further than they ever thought was possible.
Growing up on a farm with a love of sport meant a very active lifestyle, and consequentially many injuries and recoveries which made her all the more grateful for how her body moves and all of the activities the human body allows us to perform. She understands everyone is unique, and is determined to find the best treatment suited to your body and your goals so that you are excited for physiotherapy, learning about your body, and moving.
Outside the clinic, find Sarah in the ocean surfing or swimming; surrounded by greenery hiking and biking; or in a cafe reading, patting dogs, and getting her loyalty card stamped… mostly barefoot.
