Barefoot Wellness Summit
Empowering you to confidently live the life you choose!
Event Overview
Our 2nd annual Barefoot Wellness Summit took place at QTC on Saturday the 3rd of November 2018. We heard from leading health professionals as they discussed practical ways you could take care of your mind, body and gut.
It was a celebration of what we believe to be the best type of Health and Wellness: inclusive, informed and up to date.
The 3 presentations:
Kate Pollard (Dietitian): Creating a Great Relationship with Food
Sal Oliver Lange (Physiotherapist): Accumulative Strain and Building Resilience
Wade Jacklin (Psychologist): Implementing Change
Our very own Olympian MC (Caitlin Sargent) not only entertained us with amazing stories and jokes, but made sure she kept us running to schedule (get it… running). She shared her story, and joined our other Physios for a practical self-releases session.
Whether you are beginning your wellness journey, right in the thick of it or simply wanting to learn more these events are designed for you.
