Alistair Cox

Alistair holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Bond University. His interest in these fields started from a young age as a keen cricketer, aussie rules football player and soccer player. Physiotherapy first sparked his interest when he witnessed a loved-one recover from a car accident following physio treatment. He was fascinated by the way a physiotherapist could improve someone’s quality of life simply through hands-on treatment.

Throughout his time at Barefoot, Alistair has helped hundreds of his clients recover from aches and pains big and small to live without restriction from discomfort. Whether a client wants to hike a mountain or just sleep more comfortably, Alistair finds immense enjoyment helping his clients achieve each of their own personal goals.

Outside of physiotherapy, Alistair loves travel and music with his 5th year at Coachella on the horizon and Europe next on his list. On weekends he can be found out hiking, flying his drone and capturing stunning videography and photography. On rainy days he enjoys playing the odd video game on his PS4 and ordering-in pizza.
